Get facebook post URL (or simply the ID)

    First of all, thanks for your plugin. It works great for me.

    I would like to add a link at the end of my post to the facebook post that your plugin makes.
    My question is: when your plugin posts to facebook, is it possible to get the ID of that facebook post so that I can store it in the database and have my template look for it to link to the facebook post?
