Since updating WordPress to the latest version, this trustworthy, reliable and very useful plugin prevents the page from loading and shows an error:

load-toolbar.js?ver=4.9.2:2 Uncaught TypeError: $(…).toolbar is not a function
    at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (load-toolbar.js?ver=4.9.2:2)
    at i (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:2)
    at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:2)
    at Function.ready (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:2)
    at HTMLDocument.K (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:2)
    (anonymous) @ load-toolbar.js?ver=4.9.2:2
    i @ jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:2
    fireWith @ jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:2
    ready @ jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:2
    K @ jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:2

If I disable the plugin, its fine.

The plugin is on the latest version.

Any ideas for a fix or workaround?

    Hi Rob,

Thank you for coming back to me. However, sorry to have troubled you on this but it is now working. I suspect the problem was due to an incompatibility/problem with another plugin as other updates were now available, updated those and now – it works!

Good news. Keep up the great work.

    Rob

I’m really glad it worked! Thanks for posting back here…Rob
