Get Email Notification when Form is Submitted

This plugin is a lifesaver for tracking undelivered contact form submissions. Thank you! I have to confess to not understanding the options or the documentation but I’ve managed to get it working.

I’d dearly love to receive an email notification when a form is submitted. Is it possible? I read that it’s possible via MAIL settings but I have no idea even where these settings are.

If this is possible, please please could I have a dummies’ explanation as to how to do it?
