Get customer name automatically in email FROM NAME

    Hello Wocommerce team,

    I need your help in email settings option.

    I want to get the FROM NAME field automatically to detect the customer name from the request a quote form.

    Please check above url.
    CLick on Make Enquiry button, it will take you to Request a Quote Page. Fill the form and i want to get the name in FROM NAME field.
    Otherwise currently what is happening is like FROM NAME is predefined. So all the mails are showing same name.

    its confusing to get the details until each mail is opened.

    Hi Nishant!

    It looks like the URL didn’t come through on your post – could you share it again please?

    In the meantime, can you also confirm how you have configured the ‘Request a Quote’ page please? For example is it through another WooCommerce plugin or through a contact form?

    We’ll be happy to look into this further with the above information.

    Hello Woocommerce Team,

    Url of the website: https://dmk.dk/item/hans-j-wegner-set-of-teen-armchairs/

    Click on Make Enquiry button.
    Then click on browse the item list.

    On the Enquiry page, you will see a form.
    I need to get the name automatically from the form and enter that name in FROM NAME field.

    This enquiry page is coming from Yith Request A Quote plugin.

    This is not a question about WooCommerce, but about info from a third-party plugin.

    I would recommend asking the team that makes the third-party how to implement what you are trying to do.
