get confirmation email but not the email with link

    I have
    download monitor v4.0.1
    contact form 7 v4.9.2
    and email before download v5.0.7
    php 7.0

    My setup is standard nothing costum
    since 4.0.7 the form does load on the page.
    Everything works but I just get the confirmation email for the admin that a file has been asked for download but i haven’t received any email with the text and link to download the file… I have to role back again.

    ps: special characters in french do not show properly in the form I don’t know where to edit to type it in html

    I have the reverse problem: I receive the email download link but I don’t receive the email notification from admin

    My current configuration is:

    Server PHP v.5.6.32
    WordPress Core v.4.9.2
    Download Monitor v. 4.0.1
    Contact Form 7 v. 4.9.2
    Email Before Download v. 5.0.7

    problem still unsolved. write me an email as admin but doesn’t get the one with the link to download the file. I’ll get you access to my install if you wish. maintaining the install for you to have a look

    I received the admin email but no email has been sent to the visitor I had to send it manually…. is there a way we can discuss in private so we can see where it’s coming from?

    is it possible the email is getting caught in the spam filter?

    I filled out the form on the page you linked and got the email, but it was sent to my spam filter because it wasn’t in my default language.

    Here’s a screenshot of the email I got. THe DL link worked as well…

    strange when i put my gmail i get nothing at all… can you try again to see if it goes in the spam with the default settings?

    I sent it to a gmail account, and a non gmail account, and I got both. The one that went to gmail showed up in my inbox this time.

    @mandsconsulting it seems two things were blocking or sending emails with link to the spam…
    a blank space in the blocked domains after the coma and the email webmaster@domainname
    so there is perhaps a rights issues to look into it on that matter?
