Get Complete Feeds in WordPress 2.1

WordPress 2.1 has removed ALL functionality for getting complete feeds. With WP 2.1, you’ll never, ever, no matter what get a feed that contains your complete articles, they either cut off at the summary or at the “more” comment/marker.
