Get cart page link on empty cart

    Hello,

    I am using this plugin to show cart icon & text. Currently when cart is empty it goes to bookstore page(shop page). when cart is not empty it goes to cart page that should be fine. But i want when cart is empty it goes also cart page. How can do this?

    Please help me!
