@yunse are you saying that you only see the text “2019” when you’re in the edit page mode? Can you share the URI (without the actual domain, just everything after /wp-admin/) so I’d be sure I understand what you mean? Is it only on the Checkout page? Also, this kind of page is never cached so unloading CSS/JS there won’t have such a big impact on the page speed.

yes I just see 2019 in the uper left. That the Edit Checkout page. Yes it just happens on the Checkoutpage Editpage. The thing is I want to bulk unload 2 files and just need them loaded on Cart and Checkoutpage.

@yunse can you reactivate the plugin and access the page /wp-admin/post.php?post=31637&action=edit&wpacu_no_load (notice the addition to the URI)? This will technically not trigger Asset CleanUp functions while keeping it active. I’d like to know if you will get the same result.

Also, if you manage to load the page without seeing “2019” (and not using &wpacu_no_load), make sure that ‘Do not apply any CSS & JavaScript settings (including “async”, “defer” & unload rules) on this page‘ is not checked in “Asset CleanUp: Page Options”.

@yunse any news about this? Do you still have this problem? A new tag was recently released. Have you had a chance to try it out?

the new update did not solve the issue.
But when I use /wp-admin/post.php?post=1236&action=edit&wpacu_no_load the error is not occurring. But then I also of course can’t edit the Asset Cleanup settings for each plugin.

‘Do not apply any CSS & JavaScript settings (including “async”, “defer” & unload rules) on this page‘ is not checked in “Asset CleanUp: Page Options”. Is not checked.

@yunse I have to admit it’s one of the weirdest “bugs” (if it is a bug) related to Asset CleanUp that was ever reported. Interesting that you will get only “2019”. A few tags have been released in the past 3 months. Do you still have this issue after you update to the latest release?

    Thread Starter yunse

    (@yunse)

yes I still have the same issue also after update. It just appears when I want to edit the Checkout page.

@yunse wow, that’s so surprising, to just print “2019” there when the plugin is active. Can you please send me your “System Info” from “Tools” on private via https://gabelivan.com/contact/ as it contains sensitive information and you might not want to share it here? I’d like to check the plugins/theme you’ve been using. Perhaps there’s one very weird compatibility there.

@yunse have you had a chance to send me the “System Info” from “Tools” (plugin’s menu)? Let me know as this is one of the most peculiar bugs I’ve dealt with in 2019 and I’m keen to solve it if the issue is indeed from the plugin.
