You can create the pages manually. Please see this doc:

Make sure you have selected the created pages in UM Settings -> General

You can create normal pages, add shortcodes to them and assign them on Um settings.

Here is list of shortcodes you might need:
Login : Get from wp-admin > ultimate member > forms
Register : Get shortcode from wp-admin > ultimate member > forms
Member directory : Get shortcode from wp-admin > ultimate member > Member Directories
Profile : Get shortcode from wp-admin > ultimate member > forms
Account : [ultimatemember_account]
Forgot password : [ultimatemember_password]

It’s an empty page (no content, no shortcode) called logout.
