Get access to Google Site Kit for authors

    Hi, I installed Google Site Kit and would like my users with Author status to be able to access the dashboard. However, I can’t find a setting for this. Is this possible through the Members plugin? Thank you!

    ?I apologize for the delay in response.

    Do you want to let users get to Google Site Kit dashboard? Members plugin allows you to manage roles and permissions provided by plugins and themes, but we don’t have a section for each plugin. Plugin authors can use any capability they want, including custom capabilities to access pages and services. If you know which capabilities are required to get to your plugins section, you can assign those capabilities to a user/role.

    Keep in mind that many plugins create admin settings pages using a native capability associated with administrators, such as manage_options so in that case, you need to contact the plugin author.
