Get a ZIP file ready to download from your FTP

I was looking for a simple way to have all my WordPress folder backed up in a zip file that I can download via FTP. And guess what ? Backup Sheduler does the job perfectly ??

Of course, as the name says, you can schedule that backup, and choose to keep only backups from the last week in exemple.
