This problem may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to deactivate all plugins and switch to the default Twenty Twenty-Four theme. If the problem goes away, re-activate them one by one to identify the source of the problem.

If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to deactivate all plugins and change the theme for you while you’re still logged in without affecting normal visitors to your site.

I know which plugin is causing the problems, but the whole site is built on it. It is a plugin called Power Builder. I think it’s not working because of the jquery version between this plugin and the current version of wordpress. But I don’t know how to change the jquery version and can it damage the site then?

WordPress requires its own version of jQuery, so if you change that, it’ll just break everything else.

Since that is a commercial plugin, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best: https://www.templatemonster.com/help/

Forum volunteers do not have access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working correctly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you, but your best bet is your product’s developer. We encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.
