    Can you please open the dev tools and share if there is an HTTP error appearing there? If so, what is it?

    @mike012 Okay, this is already helping.

    So there is an error when loading the surveys, to know more about the error details we will need to look at the error log. Please check your error log and share the error that you see (make sure it doesn’t include any sensitive data).
