German Umlaute again

  • Hi,
    on an fresh installation i get two errors.

    After Uploading an Image it say, 0 Pics are Uploaded, but the Pics and thumbs are in the Galery.. all fine…

    the second Problem, after Uploading an file like k?rbolz.jpg it show like that in the Galery: K?¤rbholz
    Upload with the normal WP Media Tool is all fine…

    Betriebssystem : Linux (64 Bit)
    Server : Apache
    MySQL Version : 5.5.35-0ubuntu0.12.04.2
    Wordpress: 3.9–de_DE
    NextGen: Version 2.0.63

    i tried on an other installation (Other Server, other Provider) where it works the last month, the Problem is the same….

    Betriebssystem : SunOS (32 Bit)
    Server : Apache/2.2.26 (Unix)
    PHP Version : 5.5.11
    Wordpress: 3.9–de_DE
    NextGen: Version 2.0.63

    @fotoglut – We are still working out all of the various issues different accented characters are apparently causing. This unfortunately is still taking much longer than expected.

    As a temporary workaround we suggest trying to keep file names to just those characters found in the standard Roman alphabet.

    If you would like to submit a Bug Report (https://www.nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/ – please reference this topic) with your site specifics to help us sort this issue out we would likely need log in and FTP credentials for your WordPress installation as well. Please include those with the Bug Report.
