German Umlaute

The German Umlaute are wrong. I.e. on the page “Dashboard” is written: “hinzugef??gt”.
I haven’t any problems on my website with Umlaute – only on the pages of CM Download Manager.
I searched for the ressources where the German text is comming from but couldn’t find it.
