German translations

Hi,

a general question: is there a way I can provide translations for texts in your plugin – like in a Pull Request for example?

Because I noticed some small mistakes here and there (review form confirmation page & footer, email footer) and I don’t want to change the sources and risk losing it with every update… It’s only about capitalization so far, so really no big deal – I just wanted to know if this is possible at all.
