German translation of WC subscription (v 2.1.2 – 2016)

    I have translated the newest version fo the WC subscription plugin into German, as my old translation is now more then 3 years old and doesn’t work anymore with all the tweaks of the newest version..

    Could need some tweaking maybe, but it should fit for production.
