German language files updated

Where have you translated? Transifex or www.remarpro.com? Our official translations are still coming from: https://www.transifex.com/wysija/wysija/language/de_DE/

I have translated at www.remarpro.com.
Many translators work here for this plugin. This is the right place to translate plugins. I wrote a guide for inserting the new language files.
You can maybe translate with Google.

The translations on the repository have been “forced” by the repository admin fairly recently.

This transition is still in its early stages.

We need to get our community of translators to switch entirely.
