    The plugin is translated. Can you try different German language options in the settings to see if any work?

    I have the same problem: dhl is only in English although the website uses German and the lables are not created.
    Would be great to know how you′ve solved the problem.

    Hello,
    thanks for the offer, but unfortunately I can not let you into the store (DSGVO greets).

    Since the plugin does not know German even in another website, the language files do not seem to be loaded. I have already tried a few different store settings. I’ll test the plugin in a test system this weekend and see if there are any problems with other plugins etc.

    Anyway, thanks for the quick reply and the offer of help.

    Some of the fields may not be translated or are the names of services so they are not translated.

    super thank you so much, removing the logo and activating German instead of formal German worked..we had to translate all strings but it solved the problem finally. Everything runs smoothly now.

    unfortunately the same error suddenly occures again, althoug we kept all settings the same for the last months (exept password we also changed in the dhl settings).

    I know that DHL intended to send new APIs in July, but we did not receive any notice yet, since the inteded a delay by August.

    Can you please check this?

    Which error are you referring to? Can you send a screenshot link?

    Yes, please see attched a link with the screenshot.
    We kept the settings (which worked for months perfectly) and suddenly the error message, “could not create a lable because the product is not known”.

    We′ve updated everything – the plugin has the lastest version: 2.5.11
    The site runs with WordPress 5.8.

    It seems no WooCommerce products were ordered which is likely why this error is being returned. Is there a reason why no products were ordered? Can you test with ordered products?

    Of cours appears the error on every order and every client, eccept international orders. The error just occures on national shippings.

    We′ve tested the sadbox mode and the sample label were printed. The error appears just when the connection is active to dhl endpoint.
    Also the log files…the request is both the same: at sandbox mode and active mode – but just in active mode the error appears.

    All the settings are corrcect we set 01 for national German intraship and also 01 for international intraship since the client has set this orders:
