GeoRSS on Google maps

I’ve set up Geolocation plus on my blog and am able to store the location and access the GeoRSS feed.
Does anyone know of a way to display the feed on Google Maps so I can embed a map on my blog?
Any ideas/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
