geolocation not working

Hi there,

I seem to have problems with geolocation. I’m running a small online shop, which should show VAT taxes included in the prices when the visitor is from any EU country. I have set the taxes in Woocommerce accordingly but it seems that where ever the visitor is from Woocommerce does not use their geolocation but falls back to the standard tax rate for * countries.

Deactivating plugins or changing themes didn’t help, and my host provider just confirmed that geolocate doesn’t do anything, although it is shown to work in the Woocommerce report.

So now I’m wondering, is this a WordPress problem?
