Hi Camu – just to say that I have same problem which started with the last update to version 4.1.3.1 and will send screen shot if required
I un-installed and re-installed GeoLite DB with no change in result

@all thank you for your patience. We just pushed an update that fixes this bug. On some servers the IPv6 function seems not to work as expected, so we added a workaround. Can you please update and see if this solves the issue for you?

This issue is fixed for me with latest update.
