Geolocation IP Detection

Hi there, unfortunately i continue to get an error no IP detected when I try to use the ‘Geolocation IP Detection‘ with my IP address in the UK as per the screenshot below.

I have also put random IP address in Ireland and Australia in and I get the same error.
However when I input the ip address 8.8.8.8, it plug in appear to locate as the US

Can anyone help with why i might be getting the error messages? many thanks
