Geolocation does not work.

    Hi,

    The geolocation functionality worked just fine until lately. No the standard currency in all countries is CHF. I have checked my settings multiple times. Can somebody help me on this one.

  • Sorry for late reply, we have just comeback after a holiday.

    The instructions below may help you:

    1. Please follow this guide for the setting: https://youtu.be/XIfK0AdFuk4

    2. Are you using any cache plugin on your site? Please go to Multi currency setting/ General tab and enable the option “Use cache plugin”

    3. Please check it with the incognito window.
