GeoLite2 database free or not?

Hi,

We need the plugin to be completely free and in the description it says to choose the GeoLite2 option with the free database. But now my colleague found that the Geolite 2 charges 0,0003 USD per query. If we’re depending on single countries that’s 24 dollars a month, is this true? How can we use this plugin for free? We need a few pages to only be visible to two countries.
