    I am experiencing an issue with the GeoIP functionality in Complianz. Despite having the GeoLite2-country.mmdb file correctly placed in the directory /wp-content/uploads/complianz/maxmind/, the system continues to display an error indicating that the file is missing.

    Here’s what I have done so far:

    • Verified that the GeoLite2-country.mmdb file exists in /wp-content/uploads/complianz/maxmind/.
    • Ensured correct permissions are set on the file and folder (755 for directories, 644 for files).
    • Checked the wp_options table in the database and manually added/updated the cmplz_geo_ip_file option with the correct file path.
    • Cleared the site cache and tested the settings again.

    However, the issue persists, and cmplz_geoip_import_error does not exist in the database, meaning there is no error log to reference.

    Could you please assist in diagnosing why Complianz is not detecting the file? Are there any additional steps or debugging methods I should follow?
