GeoIP City option doesn’t work

I checked both GeoIP Collection and GeoIP City in GeoIP Settings, but only GeoIP Collection remains checked. In the uploads/wp-statistics folder, there is a GeoLite2-Country.mmdb database, but not one for city.
The debug.log says:
2022-05-12 01:57:22: {"code":"download_geoip","type":"city","message":"cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 60000 milliseconds with 21346538 out of 32626589 bytes received"}However, cURL is up to date on the server, don’t know why it would time out for this.
How can this be fixed? Thanks!

Just tried that, no change. When I check to enable GeoIP City and hit Update, it takes a long time, like it’s creating the db, but when it’s done, no db has been created, and the checkbox is unchecked.
Also, your backend is missing some icons. In the right column. The missing icon image links are:
