Geocoding Requires Two Imports

I have a .xlsx file of locations I’m importing into Listify. After the first import none of the locations have been geocoded. If I run the import a second time without altering any settings all the locations receive proper geocoding. This happens for small imports of 10 locations and for large imports of 2000+ locations.

I’ve checked Google’s cloud console and I see the API hits for both the first and the repeat import. Any ideas?
