Geocoder fails when creating issue

When I’m creating an issue as a frontend user I get “Geocoder failed” when I try to mark a place in the map. Do you know how to fix this issue?

From what I can tell my settings are correct and I have entered an API key (although I get “The service is not avialable” when it click “Search for boundaries).

Couldn’t find an open topic on this. Anyone else having the same problem?
