Geo Targeting/ Adding an Image

    Hi all,

    My site is a harm reduce website, making a small amount of money through an affiliate program. Due to adblockers etc, I placed an image of a banner into the homepage with a link. However, this one only really serves the EU. I was wondering 1) could I geo-differentiate a banner? 2. How to add an image banner next to it to serve the US/CA etc.
