Geo My WP extensions

What you described can be done with the free version of GEO my WP. These are the core features of the plugin. What happens when you use GEO my WP’s form and search by an address? Do you get any results?

Yes, we get the results on the map for what we searched for, but we do not get the nearest locations based on the search.

My requirement is as follows:
The top map at the page shows users current location after entering the zip code. Instead it should show the closest branches to the patient’s location. It should indicate with a pointer where the patient is, then they can see where the other locations near them are for reference. Zooming so far into that map is not useful.

Which shortcode did you use on the Find Location page?

Are you able to share a link to the live page with the map?

Did you add the locations to the posts using GEO my WP’s Location form in the Post Edit page?

That’s unusual.

Would you please modify the form to display the map above the list of results rather than using a shortcode ( form editor -> Form submission tab -> Results Map select box ) and see if it then works?

I set the settings you told me to, but it is not working. It only shows the searched location, and the nearby locations are not showing on the map.

I Think I remember a similar issue in the past. Are you using the most recent version of GEO my WP?

I am using version 4.5.0.4

The latest version is 4.5.1. Please update the plugin on your site and see if resolve the issue. I believe I patched a similar issue not long ago, but I am not sure if that’s the same issue.

Make sure to clear the cache on your site ( if you are using any ) and your browser’s cache after updating the plugin.

We have updated the plugin to version 4.5.1, but it is still not working.

Is it possible to achieve this with the free version, or do I need to purchase an extension? If so, please suggest a suitable extension to meet my requirements.

I’ve just released version 4.5.2 of GEO my WP. Could you please update the plugin and check if it resolves the issue you’ve been experiencing?
