    a genuine User is trying to book a tour on my website and is getting the error

    Forbidden Fraud Prevention, Anti Spam by Clean Talk

    tgis is happening when they get to the checkout page and have no clue why. Is it something to do with Google Capture recapture? Did I read somewhere that there is no need to have that activated or even use it when Clean Talk is running? I need to get this fixed asap before other people try and book.

    Hello @sgurrtours,

    Please let me know what caching solution you are using on the site? Is there a cache lifetime setting there? If yes, set this time to no more than 24 hours, then activate our plugin, clear the cache and do test bookings in browser incognito mode. Will there be any blockages?
