• Our website completely went down and after two hours on the phone with our host 1&1 and the person my boss spoke with said that NexGen is tripping up our website (Pardon my non-technical language…I’m learning). She said it would be best to delete NexGen, but we need to make sure we don’t have any data in NexGen. How do I see if we have data in NexGen? Can anyone help?
