Genesis theme: delete "continue reading" preview

Hi there,

I’ve just started my blog using WordPress. I’m using a Genesis theme and when you go to view my blog, on the first page, there are previews of each post. And on each preview you can click on the link “continue reading” to see the full blog post.

I just made a new post and in the preview, the first photo is totally stretched and out of proportion. On the original blog post, the photo is fine.

Is there a way to get rid of this “preview”? That, when you go to the main page of my blog, that you see the full blog post of the latest post?

I like the idea of this preview, but I don’t like that it stretched my photo out of proportion ??
