generic form on a PAGE produces 404???

    Am I missing something or why would the same form with only one (1) input field work fine, while the same form with 2 or 3 fields produces a 404 error??

    I seems like the error is connected with the number of transmitted variables…but why? And more importantly, how to fix it?
