Have you tried refreshing your browser? Sometimes the browser doesn’t automatically update the processing status.

When that doesn’t help then most likely there is an issue with your WP-cron. Please see: https://adtribes.io/help-my-feed-processing-is-stuck/

Our website developer says our WP-cron is active and functioning as it should.

• Did you check the WooCommerce fatal error logs of today and yesterday to see if there are logs in there that could indicate a problem? The error lines to look for are memory usage or max execution time related.
