    Hi, I add my IP in my configuration Mail up,
    Log into your MailUp account
    Navigate to Settings > Account settings > Developer’s corner > Web services
    Select Frontend from the drop-down
    Check the Enabled checkbox
    For added security, enable IP Address Validation and add the IP address of your Web site

    but the error is the same, can you help me?

    Hi @lineacomputers, it seems you are not enabling the right IP.
    You have properly enabled 213.229.78.218 on your account, but MailUp is actually called by 79.7.39.119 (please check out the error logs on “Configurazioni/Opzioni avanzate/Opzioni sviluppatore /Manutenzione/Email” ).
