Generic Error after submit

    Hi, i installed and configured the plugin as your tutorial but after submitting it show “generic error” message. I enabled IP autentication on my MailUp platform and the connection test gone successful. How can i solve this issue?

    Hi Vincenzo,
    It is likely that your actual IP address is not the one you added when enabling IP authentication.
    Any submit attempt from an unauthorized IPs is logged here:

    • ENG: Settings/Advanced settings/Developer’s corner /Troubleshooting/Email
    • ITA: Configurazioni/Opzioni avanzate/Opzioni sviluppatore /Manutenzione/Email

    In addition, if you want to be sure the problem is in the IP validation, you could temporarily disable it.
