Generic emails sending, not customized

  • Ultimate Member > Settings > Emails

    I have customized emails set up and they were working, then all of a sudden stopped. Now a generic email is sent out when the account is pending or approved.

    No new plug-ins have been installed. Using the latest WP and plugins.
