This plugin has worked awesomely for a lot of our clients’ sites, and we’re working on using this as our primary redirection plugin! However, this site has been giving me a problem.

I activated debug mode in the plugin settings, but no debug console loads when I try to access a broken link. Instead, it takes me to Chrome’s default 404 (or for Firefox, a blank page): https://i.gyazo.com/895ac4c800dce909e863b15b8c2c08cb.png

I deactivated most other plugins (except vitals), cleared my cache, and I’m still getting the problem.

This has been a problem on one or two of our websites, but like I said, it works beautifully on most of the sites we’ve installed it. Let me know if there’s any other info I can get you!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello,

It looks like you have a problem in your Apache/LiteSpeed configuration. In fact the server take over WordPress when a rewrite rule isn’t actually registered, which is not normal. WordPress (PHP) should be asked what to do when a 404 is about to be displayed.

You should probably take a look at the AllowOverride All directive in your Vhost/.htaccess configuration.

    Regards.
