Hello, your plugin seems very complete but when I tried it on one of my site, it deleted all thumbnails… and did not seem to recreate the missing one when browsing the site. Did I miss something??

Thanks Li-An. Yes, it will delete all the custom sized thumbnails, except the default ones defined by WordPress, when you do a cleanup.

Then it will generate the thumbnails needed on demand on the fly. Just leave the plugin activated. You can try to reload a page with pictures to test. Please let me know the url of the page if you think it’s not working.

OK, so it does not work on my webhoster. No thumbnail are generated and, worse, your plugin slows awfully my site (tested with default theme and very minimum plugins). I was close to make a bad review but I will wait for an eventual update ??

Thanks Li-An. Sorry to learn that it’s not working on your site. The hosting service is not supposed to cause a problem. Let’s get it resolved. Can you elaborate the problem: WordPress and PHP version, the url of your website or the webpage you tested with pictures? You can send the info to [email protected].

Interesting. In my website, the plugin takes some time for the first run to cleanup the thumbnails then it works silently in the background. One thing I can think of that may take time is face detection. But that’s also one time thing, i.e. once a picture is processed, either a face detected or failed to detect one, it keeps a record so that the picture won’t be processed 2nd time.

Hi Li-An, not sure if you see the debug logging feature? “I run into problems. What can I do?” You can turn on logging and then check what the plugin is doing in background.
