Generating dynamic page based on users input into a form

I would like to display to users a personal page based on their interests. I envision working like the following example:

• User enters information in a form and submits it. In this case they are interested in dogs, would like to attend events and live in New York City
• The confirmation page displays dog events in NYC or posts tagged or categorized dogs, events and new york city

Could I implement this using Gravity Forms which I currently have installed? How would I do that? If not, is there a plugin which does this?
