Hello. After the last plugin update, when CSS generation is enabled, the menu in mobile versions stops working. I had to completely disable the plugin in order for the site to work. Everything was great before the update.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

Can you please try to disable all plugins except Boost and check if the issue is still there?

Also, is the issue happening with all themes or only with the theme that you have installed? If the issue is only with your theme, can you please check if the theme that you are using has any optimization option in theme settings that you can disable?

Good day. Your plugin is conflicting, most likely with the litespeed plugin. But everything was working before your update.

    Hi @hoseua

There are known issues with the LiteSpeed Cache plugin and Jetpack.

If you experience issues with Jetpack while LiteSpeed Cache is enabled, deactivating or uninstalling LiteSpeed Cache will help.

    Could you try it, please?

Let me know if you have any questions.

    My best regards,

    Michelle

Hello. So, if you turn off Litespeed, everything is fine. But if you turn off Jetpack, everything is fine. If you compare the number of settings in litespeed and Jetpack, I will disable Jetpack. But, I repeat – before the update, both plugins worked perfectly.

Hello. The problem was solved by adding the JS files to the exclusion list litespeed.

    Hi there,

I’m glad to hear you have managed to solve the issue.

Could you please let me know what JS files you added to the exclusion list and do you know from where those JS files was coming? I just want to know where was the issue.

    Hello.
After adding these files to the exception, the problem disappeared:

    jquery.js
    jquery.min.js

    Hi @hoseua

    Thank you for the confirmation.

The jQuery files are used by WordPress and most of the plugins and themes look like LiteSpeed has some modification set, messing with the .js files.

I’m marking this as resolved. If you still need help with this, please feel free to mark it as ‘not resolved’ again.

    Thanks
