If you want real filtering instead, you can use https://tablepress.org/extensions/row-filter/ together with https://tablepress.org/extensions/shortcode-filter-get-parameter/

You know…there is a small problem with Cyrillic encoding…
When I paste

[table id=1 datatables_auto_filter=”Исключен” /]

the result is whole table ??

yes, that’s because of the sanitization that is done in the line

$auto_filter_word = preg_replace( '#[^0-9a-zA-Z\.% +-_]#', '', $js_options['datatables_auto_filter'] );

in the Extension’s PHP file.
You’ll have to change this to also include Cyrillic characters, but be careful to not introduce security issues.
