Generate ?target in browser address bar

Dear developer,

Thank you for all of the great work done as well as for all of the support provided thus far, which has helped me a lot to adjust this plugin to my needs.
However, the one thing i’m not able to find, if this is even at all possible, is a way to ‘automatically’ generate the target tab’s url in the browser’s address bar. To put it more simply, i want visitors of my site to be able to copy the url of a specific tab for whatever purpose and use it as a link for that tab. Hope this makes sense. Any ideas?
