Generate tags via cud_generate_path

Hello, Excellent plugin, solves a few things for maintenance on a current project.

One question. Can you clarify the cud_generate_path filter? As I understand it will allow me to create custom tags (i.e. %page_template_slug%) to use as directories within the custom path builder.

If this is the case, I’m having difficulty understanding how to add the page template slug from the current page user is adding media.

My ideal end result would be: …/uploads/page-template-slug/page-slug/yyyy/{images here}

Of course, I can acheive all those directories, minus the page template slug. Any thoughts, or perhaps a more detailed usage example of the cud_generate_path filter?
