Generate Product Feed Error

Thanks. That worked like a charm. Although i have another problem and also a suggestion i need your help on.

1. After uploading the catalogue to FB Business Catalogue. I am getting below errors there. Although in pixels in can see these events and traffic analysis for them.
Missing content_type parameter from “Purchase” in PetOxy
Missing content_ids or contents parameter from “Purchase” in PetOxy
Missing content_type parameter from “AddToCart” in PetOxy
Missing content_ids or contents parameter from “AddToCart” in PetOxy
Missing “AddToCart” event in PetOxy

2. Suggestion i have here is to have more then 1 product feed. Like we have a pet store so we have products related to cats, dogs and aquarium fishes. So when we upload the catalog we can have separate feed for each category allowing to run separate campaigns easily.

1. Try to test those events with Pixel Helper extension in order to see if those errors correspond. Also, I see you see SKU as content_ids for the events, so make sure that you are using SKU instead of the ID in the feed XML as well.

2. We’ll try to add the category for each product in the Feed and also the ability to set a Google Category in a more specific way. At the moment, I think there isn’t an easy way to achieve that unfortunately ??

For the problem in mentioned

1. Yes those events are being tracked as per the FB Pixel helper chrome extension. Also i can see those events in FB pixel analytics. There are two parts of the problem now:

1A : – > In Wp-admin dashboard > Pixel Caffeine – Dashboard > Conversion tracked is showing as 0 active tracking.
Under general settings tab > Conversions > Tracking is On.
Items checked “View product”,”Search”,”Add To Cart”,”View Checkout”,”Add Payment Info”,”Purchase”,”Complete Registration”.

1B : – > When generating catalogue we still see those errors :

I’m getting an error generating the xml file for the product feed. It keeps saying that xml does not exist. I am trying to generate a new xml feed file.

I worked for the AddToCart bugs and finally here the version with fixes: https://www.dropbox.com/s/adubf6homp2p15v/pixel-caffeine.2.0.0.zip?dl=0
Download it and replace the one you have activated in your installation with it. Let me know if the AddToCart events will solve.

1A > This still shows 0 conversions. Would there be any change in this as well?

1B > Earlier we were getting 5 errors but now we are getting 2 only. Those 2 are as below. I regenerated the feed and created a new catalog in fb deleting the old catalog as well.

With the new version i have 5 warnings now:

not sure whats wrong.

Not sure what’s wrong me too. I’m trying to find a solution for that if it’s related to some bug of Pixel Caffeine.

I am now getting only one error with the latest version of application. The error in catalog is “Missing “Purchase” event in PetOxy”.

Please help.

Does the thank you page set correctly in WooCommerce settings? Have you some kind of custom thank you page? Have you some plugins that manage this aspect?
