Generate Press Child Theme Issue

Hello,

I am using the GeneratePress Theme as well as Elementor Pro Plugin for convenient page building. I tried to use Child Theme Configurator to create a GeneratePress Child (which worked). When I activate the Child Theme, most styles are missing, though. I created the Child Theme by activating the options to use the Parent Styles (actually all settings on default). I used CTC on other sites with different themes (like DIVI) and that worked quite well. I have no idea what is wrong here. I could also no longer open pages in edit mode for Elementor with an active Child Theme. It seems to me that CTC is not working well with Elementor, maybe.

Any ideas?
