Generate Pages Dynamically from Post Categories

Hi,

I’m trying to dynamically generate pages from post category titles. Some background… The site was originally in Moveable Type and when imported into the site all the content was pulled in as posts, so at that point all the categories where created. I’ve got a large number of pages that need to be created that match the categories in the posts and I would like to do it automatically, if possible. Not sure if there would be a plugin to do this, but most likely the code will need to be adjusted. I’m fairly new to working with PHP directly, but not afraid to get into the code and try to figure things out. If someone knows how this might be accomplished, I would appreciate your response.
