    Good morning! When trying to generate the label for this order I get the following error, why could it be?
    “API error: items[0]: Product and/or service level are invalid.Deutsche Post Waybill”

    Thank you for contacting us regarding this issue. Please send us the log file associated with the error to help us investigate further.

    You can find the log file under WooCommerce > Status > Logs > DHL, and send it to our support email at [email protected].

    This will help us identify the root cause and assist you more effectively.
